This dish is so easy! Pour some spaghetti sauce into a pot, and let it simmer on the stove while you cook your pasta according to the package directions. Toss the cooked pasta with sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve while hot! (Prep time: 7 minutes)
Green Beans with Garlic and Cilantro
Start by preheating the broiler. Toss a bunch of trimmed green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on a baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes, then toss with chopped garlic and cilantro. Broil for 3 minutes longer. Serve hot! (Prep time: 10 minutes)
Pears with Blue Cheese
Peel an Asian pear, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the core, then slice both halves into thin strips. Strawberry Salad
Wash and hull some strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of lemon juice; toss to coat; then add half a cup of cored, sliced apples; a few tablespoons of chopped walnuts; some mint leaves; and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Spicy Noodles with Tofu
Combine a teaspoon of Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Cut extra-firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss with the sauce. Pour some spaghetti sauce into a pot, bring it to a simmer, add cubed tofu and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add spaghetti noodles to the simmering tomato sauce, then cook according to package directions. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls, top with tofu, and serve while hot!
